- Adhesive Tape Bonnet Protector
Please follow the steps corresponding to the version you purchased.
Part A: Clip-On Bonnet Protector
Step 1: Check Fitment

(Please note that included accessories may vary between models—refer to the printed instructions in your package for the exact contents.)

Thoroughly clean the front edge of the bonnet, removing all dust, dirt, and debris.
Step 4: Assemble Bonnet Protector

- Connect the ends and secure them with the supplied screws.
Step 5: Prepare Mounting Brackets
- Attach the U-shaped brackets to the back of the protector.
- Insert the round washers and nuts through the pre-drilled holes.
Step 6: Install Protector
- Align the protector with the bonnet, ensuring the U-shaped brackets match the bonnet’s holes underneath.
- Carefully insert secure them with the No.4 screws to finalize the installation (do not overtighten).
Step 7: Final Check
Ensure all clips and buckles are secure; protector sits flush on bonnet.

Part B: Adhesive Tape Bonnet Protector
Step 1: Check Fitment
Hold the protector against the bonnet edge to confirm proper alignment.
Step 2: Clean Bonnet Surface
- Thoroughly clean the front edge of the bonnet, removing all dust, dirt, and debris.

- Carefully align the protector in place. Starting from the center, slowly peel the liner while applying gentle, even pressure.
- Repeat until all liners are removed.
Step 5: Press Firmly
Apply firm pressure along all taped edges to ensure full contact and adhesion.
Step 6: Avoid Moisture
Do not wash or expose the protector to water for 72 hours after installation.

After Installation
- Recheck the bonnet protector after a short drive to ensure all fittings remain secure.
- For adhesive type, maximum bonding strength is achieved after 72 hours.
- Clean with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemicals.
Note
