Where do we deliver?

Anywhere in New Zealand. All orders are dispatched directly from our Auckland warehouse.

When do we despatch?

Within 12-24 business hours of order payment receipt.

Between what hours do we deliver?

Monday - Friday: 10am - 2pm.

What process do we use for providing shipping information?

Once you've made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.
Once the items are dispatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.

What are the delivery costs?

We apply a tiered shipping rate, and all applicable charges can be accurately calculated during checkout.

What are the express delivery costs?

Express delivery will incur additional shipping charges. There is no fixed amount for express shipping as it all depends on the Post's charges regarding product box size and address distance. If you need to use express delivery, please indicate the product you want to buy and your delivery address and contact our team to quote the express shipping cost. We may contact you for additional express shipping cost after purchase.

What are the delivery times?

Between 1-7 days, depending on where your item is being shipped. To rural areas, shipping can take up to 14 days.
